We adopted
Dixie six weeks ago when she was the "Dal of the Week" on the
website. My twelve year old daughter wrote this happy ending story.
We had a Dalmatian for eight years. She was a sweet dog named Elizabeth
Valentine D'Arcey, but we called her Lizzie. She's been gone for about 2
years now. Finally we started looking for a new dog, but nothing would do
except a new Dalmatian. We found Dixie through our new friend Beth at
Dalmatian Rescue.
She acts just like Lizzie, and we think she might even be on of Lizzie's
puppies! Thanks to Dalmatian rescue we found our perfect dog!! Thanks again
to Beth and Holly the foster mom - we hope Turk doesn't miss her too much!!
