Morse

We adopted Morse in June of 2002, so he has been part of our family for over a year. He was heartworm positive and had some anxiety with meeting new people. He recently underwent treatment for heartworm and is doing well after some initial swelling from the immiticide shots. He has been taking life easy for the past five weeks but will soon be able to do his favorite things again like take long walks and follow the horse on the trail. He will have another heartworm test and follow up blood/urine tests on September 1st so we have our fingers firmly crossed that he will be heartworm free at that point. He has done very well with the training and can now tolerate visitors without any anxiety which is huge progress for him. He is a much-loved member of our family and rewards us with goofy antics especially with Max (our Boxer) and Jazzy (our Airedale).
