My name is Sadie and I’ve found a new home! I am now located in Norton, Kansas. In my short life I have had many different homes in many different states, but I’m glad to call Kansas my permanent home. I have two older sisters, Lassie and Pongo. Even though at times they show me who’s boss I know they love me, Pongo always looks out for me and makes sure that she is the last one to go outside so she can watch me, she is a motherly dog figure to me. I love sleeping on the bed with my parents! I love snuggling with everybody I meet, they say I’m a lover not a fighter. I love all of my toys and I love testing them out to see if they really last as long as they say. Lassie and I play every night before dinner; sometimes we get too loud and have to cut it out for a while. A few weeks ago I was playing outside and got very dirty, so I got a bath and I was not a happy camper. I was recently enrolled in an obedience class; it will start April 27. (I will post pictures of my graduation) I was also just informed that I will be participating in a dog show this summer! I will have to work hard to get that trophy. I have many things to learn so I take it day by day, but I know with my new sisters, Pongo and Lassie here to teach me, I’ll have it down in no time. I love my new home in Kansas and my new owners! So I want to thank my guardian angels Beth White and Caroline Smith for placing me in the perfect home!
Sincerely,
Sadie

Sadie here again!
I'm going to update everyone on my accomplishments. I excelled in obedience class, in fact I was voted "Most Improved Dog!" In class we had to go over many difficult obstacles, many dealing with trust. At first I was very skeptical and uneasy. As time went on and I learned to trust Morgan; I improved immensely. I also learned how to behave and overcome many fears. I learned how to sit, stay, lay down, and respect Morgan. On the obstacle course, my biggest fear was the teater-totter. I could not get myself to go over it. Finally, during the last class I went over it! Everyone was very proud of me! Now, moving on to the dog show, I did prety well. I placed 2nd in showmanship and 2nd in obedience! Although I am not a champion like my sister Lassie, my owners were still very proud of me! They told em I would win it next year! Anyway, in the 6 months I have lived with my forever family, I have overcome many obstacles. Everyone has said they have seen huge improvements in me! I'm a really happy Dal Pal (Morgan calls me her Dal Pal) and I love my life and family! For now, I'm going to keep practicing all the new thigs I've learned so I can kick butt in next year's dog show!
See ya around,
