| I had been looking for the perfect dog for about two years. I looked at the local shelter, cruised PetFinder, read the paper everyday... but I never seemed to find what I was looking for. Then one day for no particular reason I did a search on the Dalmatian breed and came across the link for the Dalmatian Rescue of Colorado. I checked out the pictures of available dogs and for some reason…Jack caught my eye. I emailed Beth and waited anxiously for her to respond back. Everything went so smoothly and before I knew it Jack was on his way home to us. He is the perfect dog and fits in with our family so well. I can not imagine what anyone was thinking letting this gem of a dog go…but I am glad they did. Maybe down the road we will get another Dal, but I know one thing for sure - Jack is never going anywhere!!! Thanks Beth and Marti for all your help and info, and for Jack!! |
