CommentsYou can say poor, poor Hap...found starved, scared to death, hair missing from flea allergies, and filthy. Covered in fleas and ticks too. Also heartworm positive. Hap is also missing his front teeth so might be why he was super defensive at first, and ducked at any fast movement? The teeth look like they were possibly kicked out. Today, the fleas and ticks are gone, he's fattening up nicely, and he's learning to live and love and trust! Hap ADORES and is so gentle with the 7 and 9 yr kids in the foster home, he LOVES to play ball and has found that it is very easy to give lots of kisses with missing teeth! He is such a wonderful little (40#) house guest now in his Evergreen foster home. Notice the little white spot on Hap's head because this means that he is a heeler cross, because they always have a white spot on the forehead. Dalmatian x Heelers crosses make fabulous dogs! We've placed many. Hap would be HAPPY to visit you and show you why he lisps when he talthks!
